Run away from Apologetics! (Don't become a lawyer)

The Bible doesn't say all have sinned "except Jesus" --you add that. It just says all have sinned.
That's right, E. What's the context? Who is it talking about? Plus, you have those 6-8 verses that plainly state that Jesus Christ did not sin.

It's talking about men.... ALL men. Jesus was one. The "Christ" or 'The Word' that came down from heaven was the sinless spirit that descended upon the man Jesus.

The Word of God never sinned, but the Body of Jesus was used to be made for sin? So that all sin would be paid for?

Such a strange phrase Paul talks about that is very interesting to say the least.

Many people here disagree with paul or dont read him. @shroom any other thoughts?
I dont value much of Paul's teachings.

The word is harmartia, and while it means sin, it can also mean sin offering.

Sin is disobedience. A person may be disobedient, but he cannot be disobedience.

Jesus Christ was our sin offering.
and a sin offering was a sacrifice of a animal to 'COVER" the sins of the man....the sacrifice of Jesus Christ was predestined with over 108 prophecies fulfilled in that first 50 days. His sacrifice was not an offering but rather a removal of the sins of the world,,,IF......

Not Jesus Christ. The Bible says he did not sin.

He was. And still is, albeit glorified and highly exalted.

E-speak. Jesus IS the Christ.

The word of God is what descended in the form of a dove. It's not that a real bird landed on Jesus head. This is a spiritual descending and it is this descending spirit that the man Jesus was anointed with-- which is why he was called Christ (anointed). Nothing more than that.

Jesus' sacrifice was a sin offering. Sin is disobedience. A man can be disobedient (Jesus wasn't..), but he cannot BE disobedience.

I know what you're inferring by your big bold "if", Blade. Jesus is the Christ, the Son OF God, the man who learned FROM God, the man approved BY God, the man who HAS a God, the man who ascended TO his God.

The word of God is what descended in the form of a dove.
The holy spirit is what descended on Jesus Christ in the form of a dove.

Jesus Christ's anointing by God was far more than his receiving holy spirit.
