I was referring to the story that Jude was referring to-- from Exodus.

So the Yahweh said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet. You are to speak everything I command you, and your brother Aaron is to tell Pharaoh that he must release the Israelites from his land.

I’ve seen this error many times before. If I speak LIKE my grandfather it does not mean that I am my grandfather.

That’s kind of the point. Everyone understands that. Now if you came to me and had your Grandma tell me that you actually were your Grandpa… that would be in the same contextual setting we see in Exodus.

You would sit back in your rocker “as” or like, Grandpa and your Grandma would be speaking for you saying— ‘Yep… that’s Grandpa alright.’
