Why does darkness not comprehend the light?

My thesis is worded to support the logic:
Light cannot create dark so,
Goodness cannot create, produce, evil...

to align with the teaching of the verses:
Matthew 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit[, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. ...16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.…

James 3:11 Can both freshwater and salt water flow from the same spring
? [Implied answer: No! ] 12 My brothers, can a fig tree grow olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

Matthew 12:33

Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. People are not created good or bad but self create themselves as good or bad by their free will faith decisions...

Luke 6:43
No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.
