The wonders of the chief cornerstone

What a wonderful gift was given from God. He gave his Word, that became flesh that was named Jesus, born of a virgin name Mary.

You know you can never be sure of what one thinks about him, however God always does know and see and read the hearts of individuals.

To stick with the nature of truth and reality, as a Christian believer your natural - proclivity may be to live by the spirit. That is a good thing. The reality and truth about our actual natural self, it is capable of dark things. No matter if a person faces those realities or not, or does not see the flaws.

Going, reading, seeking God in the Bible and reading about his Son. The scripture though they were all for a people who are all dead and gone now, who lived in that time period. Going to be in heaven or outside of heavens gates it is known when reading you are going to be shown the human nature and how God and the Lord Jesus Christ, react and handle, dealing and being with mankind.

You are going to learn very much about who you are as a soul created by God - without him, and what it is like to be with God. Having been justified by faith, in the Lord Jesus Christ receiving the spirit given by God which his love is poured into your heart.

What a great thing. To learn, and grow, and walk with the living King though we never have ever seen him at any time. Blessed are those who believe, and have not seen yet have faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.

“And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers, For they shall be called sons of God.

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

“Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5:1-12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The picture painted above is the spiritual life, it infinitely loops from verse 12 to verse 3.

You can be blessed in any of these circumstances: you can fall from 12 going back to 3, and go from 3 back to 12. In the long life struggle of being a Christian having a desire to have faith and love.

Be blessed. Trust God. Trust the Lord Jesus. Seek them out, when you are given the chance to do so. The Word of God increases our faith, and the Bible is for us to learn and grown in faith.

- Matthew

“They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.” Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the Lord’s doing, And it is marvelous in our eyes’? “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” Now when the chief priests and Pharisees heard His parables, they perceived that He was speaking of them. But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭21:41-46‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Christ Our Cornerstone

19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been (A)built (B)on the foundation of the (C)apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being (D)the chief cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into (E)a holy temple in the Lord, 22 (F)in whom you also are being built together for a (G)dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

The foundations of earth have a cornerstone also.

Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,

2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?

3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.

4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?

6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;

7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?

9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,

10 And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,

11 And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?

12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

14 It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.

15 And from the wicked their light is withholden, and the high arm shall be broken.

16 Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?

17 Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?

18 Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou knowest it all.

19 Where is the way where light dwelleth? and as for darkness, where is the place thereof,

20 That thou shouldest take it to the bound thereof, and that thou shouldest know the paths to the house thereof?

21 Knowest thou it, because thou wast then born? or because the number of thy days is great?

22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,

23 Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?

24 By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth?

25 Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;

26 To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;

27 To satisfy the desolate and waste ground; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?

28 Hath the rain a father? or who hath begotten the drops of dew?

29 Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?

30 The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.

31 Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?

32 Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?

33 Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

34 Canst thou lift up thy voice to the clouds, that abundance of waters may cover thee?

35 Canst thou send lightnings, that they may go and say unto thee, Here we are?

36 Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart?

37 Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven,

38 When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?

39 Wilt thou hunt the prey for the lion? or fill the appetite of the young lions,

40 When they couch in their dens, and abide in the covert to lie in wait?

41 Who provideth for the raven his food? when his young ones cry unto God, they wander for lack of meat.

Is it not the same God who gave the gift of his son who laid the foundations earth?

In other words, is it not the Father who laid the foundations of both the Messiah and the earth?

Is it not Yahweh who has done all of this?
