The LAW, the Law or the law: Which should you keep?

For ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them,
to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto Him;

Deuteronomy 11:22
Jesus says to love your enemy but Moses says an eye for an eye.

So which one do you keep?

It is interesting to hear how you are going to twist this.

Are you talking about all the Levitical laws that Moses gave to Israelites?
Those are God's words. Not mine.
But I am in full agreement with Him.

And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of His kingdom,
that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:
And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life:
that he may learn to fear the Lord his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:
That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren,
and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left:
to the end that he may prolong his days in His kingdom,
he, and his children,
in the midst of Israel.

Deuteronomy 17:17-20

His kingdom is at hand. ♥️

For your wickedness, I shall not answer.
When you deliberately set up a trap question like this, there is no answer that will satisfy you.

You set this very same trap for me once before, and I fell for it,
and I explained, and showed you the relevant scriptures.
Remember?

No, you don't remember.
Because this is just one of your trick questions in your portfolio.
And you forget who you pull them on, and what their answer was last time you asked.

How about you figure it out? and tell us.
If you got a question like that, and you are honest and serious to find the answer,
open a thread for it. Get a range of opinions. Study and post scripture. And pray.

But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.

You are devising the commandments.

If you want to practice a three-day journey, do it. But you should not make it a commandment for everyone to observe.

The God of the Hebrews met with me,
and told me I should go three days into the wilderness and sacrifice as He will command me (once I am there).

And said,
This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.
Matthew 26:61

Come, and let us return unto the Lord:
for he hath torn, and he will heal us;
he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
After two days will he revive us:
in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight.

Hosea 6:1-2

Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord:
His going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain,
as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Hosea 6:3

You have created a scripture salad and then put your own meanings to it

Matthew 26:61 is a false witness against Christ at his trial, not someone you want to be quoting to prove your point. Hosea 6:1-2 Is to Israel who had sinned against God and become spiritually dead. 3 days was the traditional time for bodies to begin to decay at that day in age before science.
