But do part them, and pour oil upon them.

I wonder , if you check the Greek text of Matt 20:23 Ye shall drink indeed drink indeed of my cup and be BAPTISMO'
, with the BAPTISMA with the BAPTISMOS

Notice that the second BAPTIZED is really the Greek word BAPTISMA and does not mean WATER BAPTISM but it means

The middle BAPTISM / BAPTISO is the Greek word BAPTIZER and means one who BAPTIZES , wo is the HOLY SPIRIT .

The last Greek word BAPTISM where they will drink of the CUP is a death Baptism .

The Mark 16:16 SHALL BE BAPTIZED / BAPTIZO is in the Greek FUTURE TENSE , PASSIVE VOICE and in the INDICATIVE MOOD and means it is a FACT in the FUTURE .

I have yet to see anyone to be RAISED from the Dead in Mark 16:16-18 .

I thought it is obvious that Jesus was baptized in Spirit.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor;
He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives,
and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
Luke 14:18-19
