Defining the godhead - an open discussion on Unitarianism, Binitarianism and Trinitarianism

I think @Wrangler favors "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name Yahweh -- since after all, Father, thou hath no other."
Father is a relationship, not a person's name. When discussing what the name of God is, why disregard verses that invoke the word name for the Creator? Ex 3:15. I-D-O-L-A-T-R-Y

The President of the United States is a title. You wouldn't pretend its current occupant's name is "President." Joe Biden is his name but has many titles, e.g., Senator, VP, POTUS and father. But father is not his name and neither is Jesus' God.

I've been meaning to ask, @Wrangler, about your signature's last citation, "True worshippers only worship the Father (John 4:23)." I wont argue with you about who true worshippers exclusively worship -- but I find no support for that proposition in John 4:23, which speaks of how the Father prefers to be worshipped and should be worshipped, but is silent on the ban against worship of anyone else.

@Wrangler
I didn't see a response to either of these two posts.

Let's try another one.
The Word was God. The Word became flesh and lived among us.
Who was the Word, that was God and lived among us? (Jesus)

John 1:1-3 NRSVue
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was in the beginning with God.
3 All things came into being through him,
and without him not one thing came into being. What has come into being ...
And the Word became flesh and lived among us,
and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son,[d]
full of grace and truth.

My turn...
Who is the "us" and "our" in this verse?

Genesis 1:26 NIV
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness,
so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky,
over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over
all the creatures that move along the ground.”

I responded to both of them.

In addition to what I wrote in regard to your question about Genesis 1:26 I’d like to add that the trinitarian commentary in the NET provides a good discussion on the matter. (See 47sn in the link I’m providing.)

I’ll also be adding a link to one of Michael Brown’s radio programs (Line of Fire) which addressed the subject, after I locate it. Dr. Brown was raised Jewish and converted to trinitarianism. I recommend it to all readers, trinitarian and non-trinitarian alike.

That saw cuts both ways. - LOL

And for the record, I have TONS of friends.
In some cases, even my doctrinal enemies still love me.
Quotes from memory:
"You are my favorite Universalist."
"You are my favorite deconstructionist."

'

Are you a universalist?

Jesus called God, "the Father".

Jesus is Jewish. His God, the God of the Jews, is the God of Abraham.

Jesus ascended to the God of Abraham.

The personal / proper name of the God of Abraham - the tetragrammaton- is recorded over 6800 times in the Hebrew Bible.

Jesus isn’t a trinitarian, a binitarian, or a Gnostic.

John 5:36 NRSVue
But I have a testimony greater than John’s.
The works that the Father has given me to complete, the very works that I am doing,
testify on my behalf that the Father has sent me.
