From the Dead Sea Scrolls.
The Dead Sea Scrolls had many Jewish commentaries along with Scripture scrolls.
NOTE that all of these were written before Jesus was born.
This is The Melchizedek Document from Q11 (Qumran cave 11).

I have color coded the parts that are scriptures they quote from.

And concerning what he says:
“In this year of Jubilee you shall return,
each one to his respective property”
(Lev. 25:13)
Concerning it he said:
“This is the manner of release; every creditor shall release what he lent to his neighbor. He hall not coerce his neighbor or his brother, for it has been proclaimed a release for God."
(Deut.15;2)
The interpretation is that it applies to the Last Days and concerns the captives, just as Isaiah said:
“To proclaim the Jubilee to the captives”
(Isa. 61;1)
[gap in text] and whose teachers have been hidden and kept secret and from the inheritance of Melchizedek, and they are the inheritance of Melchizedek who make them return and liberty will be proclaimed them to free them from the debt , who will return them to what is rightfully theirs. He will proclaim to them the Jubilee, thereby releasing them from the debt of all their iniquities. And this will happen in the first week of the Jubilee which follows the nine Jubilees. In the Day of Atonement is the tenth Jubilee (490 year cycle associated with Daniel 9).
This is the tenth Jubilee in which atonement will be made for all the sons of light and for the men in the lot of Melchizedek according to all their works for it is the time of the year of grace of Melchizedek and of his armies, the nation of the holy ones of God or the rule of judgment as it is written about him in the songs of David,
"Elohim will stand in the assembly of God, in the midst of the gods He judges."
(Psalms 82:1)

The commentary above links the Jubilee cycle prophetically to be with the coming liberator figure, the Messiah who is also Melchizedek who is also the Elohim (God) who judges the other elohim (gods).

I charge thee therefore
before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ,
who shall judge the quick and the dead
at His appearing and His kingdom;
Preach the word;
be instant in season, out of season;
reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

2 Timothy 4:2

What relation does that have to do with confirming or denying the OP?????

Well, it is talking about, when Melchizedek comes, and our day of atonement,
whom you linked to the coming of the Messiah, Jesus.
And with that I agree. For Jesus is the King of Peace. And He comes.

So I offered the saying from Paul, whom I know you hearken to, where he mentions the coming of Lord Jesus to us,
and that He shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing.
(The dead sea scroll also saying we will be atoned according to our works).
And hence, Paul's recommendation for us to be instant in the word.

(Instant is as quick as one can be.) 😇

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come,
who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts:
and then shall every man have praise of God.

1 Corinthians 4:5
